This is a drink now wine, which also has the ability to age for 1-2 years.
Serving advice
Sam suggests 12-14ºC is a good drinking temperature for this wine - if it's too cold the flavours get shut down. So if you have time, pull it out of the fridge half an hour before drinking, to let it warm up a little from the 5ºC fridge cold.

This will stand up to some of the richer white meat dishes; great with roast chicken and all your favourite trimmings.

Meet the winemaker - Sam Plunkett
- Winemaking legend Sam sources grapes from the family vineyard in the Strathbogie ranges of Central Victoria. Winemakers don't come much more in love with their job than him - he'd "happily spend everyday around tanks, barrels, stainless steel toys and wine".
He’s had a meteoric rise from self-taught winemaker to a multi award-winner and even has his own cellar door now! His winery was recently recognised as one of the Top 10 Dark Horse wineries in James Halliday's 2021 Awards.
The backing of thousands of Naked Angels has helped pave the way for Sam to continue making the great wine he loves, exclusively for you!
