Widely predicted to be one of the best vintages the Adelaide Hills has seen in over a decade, the 2015 growing season saw relatively dry conditions, allowing the vines to develop without the threat of disease. These conditions continued on throughout the ripening period, with warm days and cool nights allowing outstanding fruit development.
While the glass shows colours of pale straw with subtle green hues the aromas of tropical fruit and citrus abound, while hints of freshly cut grass delicately poke through.
The palate brings you a burst of attractive tropical fruit combined with a delightfully crisp acidity gives the wine a lingering, yet refreshing, finish.

2014 hit this vintage with some tough weather conditions including hailstorms, frost and record rainfall, despite all of this the vintage produced was well above-average quality showing great balance and depth.
The Engine Room Shiraz Tempranillo is a beautiful wine full of delicate surprises. This is hinted with a brooding red with alluring crimson hue look in the glass to an aroma of Ripe cherries and dark plum abound, all the while nuances of dusty sweet spice linger.
The palate brings you a complimentary ripe fresh juicy red fruit taste combined with a gorgeous plummy richness sprinkled with hints of liquorice and herbs.

Be drawn in by deep purple red in the glass, this Shiraz is a rich brooding offering. The nose abounds in blackberry and plum aromas with hints of liquorice and spice.
The palate is rich and generous, full of blackcurrant, plum and dark chocolate flavours. This Shiraz has tremendous length, with fine grained tannins and well integrated French oak complimenting the rich fruit on the finish.
This wine got a HUGE rating of 88%, bring on the Osso Bucco or slow cooked fillet of beef, this Shiraz is a natural partner to bold full flavoured dishes.
