Using vines from the most idyllic spot for this variety in the Marlborough region, this Savvy B is made with love for the Angels. Equivalent grapes from this location usually end up in bottles that sell on wine lists of posh restaurants at two or three times the price.
The wine was fermented warm with non-conventional winemaking yeasts then matured on yeast lees for three months. All this adds up to a bold drop that's complex and weighty, yet crisp and refreshing.
It captures all those flavours (and then some) that have made Marlborough synonymous with Sauvignon Blanc - intense aromas and flavours of passionfruit. It's a renowned regional wine for an absolute steal, so get in quick!

Nigel only releases his reserve range when it meets his super high standards, so you can be sure you’re in for a treat!
These grapes came from three separate blocks and sat in the press a bit longer than usual to pack the finished wine with layers of flavour. The result is a refreshingly punchy SBS!
This crisp drop sings of gooseberry, green bean, capsicum, passionfruit and a hint of vanilla. A fabulous fruity number to enjoy chilled on the back patio on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

100% Tamar Valley. The fruit is pristine - there was a lot of vineyard sampling to get the pick date right! Pressed in whole bunches an hour or two after harvest, there was no need to add sulphur. But fermenting a wine twice (to get bubbles) is nerve-wracking. The Feldheims sang to the yeast culture for a week to make sure it was growing strongly!
The delicious Vintage 2021 smells of rose Turkish delight upon layers of nutty brioche bun. The richness and depth of strawberry and nougat leads to a crispness and succulent acidity that refreshes and coaxes a smile with each sip.
Its hard to find a great Tasmanian-made sparkling with 100% pure Tassie fruit like this for less than $30. Actually its unheard of. Each bottle has been cradled and hand-disgorged by David and Cynthia. Hard work but so rewarding!
