About the wine
Gorgeous Champagne-style Tassie sparkling wine
- The Cape Bernier Vineyard has a similar climate to the Champagne region in France and perfect for producing premium Aussie sparkling wine! These grapes were harvested from a single block of Chardonnay and a single block of Pinot Noir.
- Made using the méthode traditionnelle, the same way to produce Champagne, this wine spent close to six years on lees (dead yeast). The result is a beautifully fruit-dominated fizz with crisp acidity and smooth creamy bubbles.
- Help yourself to a premium Tasmanian sparkling wine that rivals the great champagne houses of France for a fraction of the cost. Such is the Naked way!
