How do I buy tickets?
Either through our website here or by calling our friendly Customer Happiness Team on 1300 898 677.
How many tickets can I buy?
To keep things fair, we'd prefer you stick to a maximum of six tickets. If you'd like more than that though, please contact our Customer Happiness Team on 1300 898 677.
Will you send me a ticket?
If you bought just tickets, we'll send an e-ticket to the email address registered on your Angel account. Either save it on your phone or print it out prior to the event. If you can't find your ticket please check your spam folder or give us a call on 1300 898 677.
I've bought tickets, but now I can't make it. Can I get a refund?
If you find you can't come, please contact us immediately on 1300 898 677, through Live Chat or by emailing chat@nakedwines.com.au. We can only refund you if you cancel more than 48 hours before the event.
The event I want to go to is marked as sold out but I need another ticket for my friend!
If the tasting is marked sold out, it's due to capacity limits - we can't physically squeeze any more people in. Get in touch with us on 1300 898 677 or email chat@nakedwines.com.au and we'll pop you on a waiting list.
Can you buy tickets on the door?
No, unfortunately we can't sell tickets on the door. You need to buy them in advance.
When should I arrive?
Each event has its start and end times listed - this is when the doors open and when we stop pouring. Join us at any time throughout the event.
Is there disabled access and seating at the venue?
We work hard to ensure our events are accessible to all and all have disability access, for specific venue information please contact us on 1300 898 677 or chat@nakedwines.com.au.
Can I bring under someone under 18 to the event?
For obvious reasons, this is an adults only shindig… so we would love you to enjoy yourself and book a babysitter. Due to licensing conditions we have a strict no admittance policy to anyone under 18 years old, including babes in arms and pushchairs. We may also ask for photo identification with proof of age.
What do I wear?
You can wear whatever you like! We would, however, recommend comfy shoes! Please dress according to weather conditions - and a head's up, the Melbourne venue may be a little on the chilly side.
Do I need to know anything about wine?
Not at all! Our winemakers will be delighted to tell you all about the wines you are trying. If you really don't know where to start, just grab a member of Naked Wines staff who'll be happy to give you some suggestions on which to try.
Will there be spittoons?
We provide plenty of spittoons at the event, but you are more than welcome to drink the samples - the choice is yours. It's wise to have eaten before you come (there will be nibbles at the event) and have the odd glass of water (provided on the tables). We adhere to strict Responsible Service of Alcohol policies.
Can I order wine on the night?
You certainly can! You will be able to process your orders online. For every order (minimum of 12 bottles) placed, we will knock the value of one ticket off your order (credit is per Angel account, rather than per ticket and offer excludes Never Miss Out subscriptions), and that's on TOP of your usual Angel discount! Top tip: with so many wines available to sample, we recommend writing notes in your booklet or adding via your App as you work your way around!
I'm bringing a friend along to the event - can they sign up to become an Angel?
Absolutely! You're welcome to buy tickets for Non-Angel friends to show them what it's like to get Naked! If they sign up to become an Angel at the tasting, we'll knock $50 off their first order - plus they'll get Angel prices.
Is there somewhere to put my coat/bag?
There may not be a cloakroom at all venues, so please plan to keep your bag with you. For security reasons we'll need to check all bags... so it's best to bring a little one.
What happens if the tasting is cancelled or postponed?
If we have to cancel an event, we'll email you to let you know and refund the price of the tickets back via your original payment method. (NB: It can take a few days to process). If we have to postpone, you will be given the option to keep hold of your ticket, or get a refund.

If you're new to Naked Wines and want to become an Angel on the day, we'll give you $50 off your first case plus the standard Angel discount. Standard delivery charges and T&Cs apply to all orders, which can be found at nakedwines.com.au/terms.
Due to licensing restrictions, there is a strict no under 18s policy for the event and this includes babies and children in strollers, so please arrange a babysitter!
Photographs & Videos: There's a possibility that we might capture you in the background of a photograph or video at the event, or in a photo or video. If you're concerned about your image being used on our website, social channels or marketing in the future, just let one of us know before the Tasting event!
Event cancellation: If we have to cancel an event for any reason, we'll email you to let you know and refund the price of the tickets back using your original payment method. It can take a few days to process. Unfortunately if we do have to cancel, we will not be able to reimburse for any personal expenses (hotels, train tickets etc.).
