About the wine
Juicy medium-bodied red that loves a BBQ!
- Another stand out wine from the fabulous 2021 vintage, made from two parcels of fruit sourced from around Osmington in Margaret River, WA.
- Kept apart for the first fermentation, the two batches of wine were then brought together for the second (malo-lactic) in French oak. After ageing, the wine was blended into perfect balance.
- Ideal for richer dishes and BBQs, this medium-bodied red oozes spiced plum, caramel and mulberry characters with a hint of chocolate and licorice. A rewardingly long finish rounds off a highy delicious sip!
