The inspiration for this wine comes from Rob's time working in Burgundy France. Grapes for this wine were sourced from his home region of the Riverina, along with the cool-climate, high-altitude region of Tumbarumba.
The Riverina component is responsible for providing the wine’s intense core of fruit – peach, nectarine, melon and citrus flavours. The Tumbarumba component provides the fresh acidity, structure, and more subtle aromas of fresh green apple and ripe fig. Together they produce a richly textured and elegant wine with balance and complexity.
Rob is our newest winemaker, his life has changed because of the Angels so he made this wine just for you!

This Shiraz is delicious with floral black fruits, hints of pepper and spice and has been made in to a lovely, elegant style.
The wine is from Hilltops, which is a little known region of immense pedigree... Situated in the Murray-Darling Basin, a cool climate region fast gaining recognition as a consistent producer of ultra top end wine and this Shiraz is a fine example. Impressed? You should be!
