Brilliant red complexity
- Rob has brought his Elevage Nero d'Avola back to blow your socks off once again! Nero is the next big thing on Australia's red wine stage, nipping at the heels of Shiraz for its drinkability and hardiness in hot climates. Pristine quality Riverina Nero d'Avola fruit was racked into a premium French oak to add richness and complexity.
- Your glass will show vibrant rouge with red hues and smell simply incredible! Think red cherry and dried herbs, complimented by hints of plum and delicate spice.
- Get in while stocks last, because Angels know a good thing when they see it. With a medium bodied palate, supple tannin structure and French oak influences, this unique drop has a long and gentle finish. It won't last long with a huge 90% buy-again rating from last vintage and only small quantities made!

Enjoy now as a young vibrant wine and for the next four years from vintage with careful cellaring.
Serving advice
Enjoy as a regular red wine, optimal serving temp 15-18ºC. Alternatively serve slightly chilled and enjoy as a pre-dinner aperitif, optimal serving temp 10-12ºC.
Food match
As an accompaniment to a main meal, you can't go past pappardelle with beef ragu.
As a chilled aperitif it will compliment an antipasto platter perfectly.

Meet the winemaker - Rob Paulazzo
- Having worked for McWilliams, Orlando and Giesen, Rob has bucket-loads of experience and is excited to use this knowledge to make wines under his very own label. What's more, his winery has achieved rock star status from top wine critics.
- Each drop he creates draws on incredible international experience... he's been everywhere a winemaker could want to work - Burgundy, Tuscany, Napa Valley, Niagara Peninsula and even magical Marlborough.
- Born and bred in the NSW Riverina region, and nominated for young winemaker of the year in 2008, Rob's got access to some seriously amazing fruit. And he's thrilled to be making wines exclusively for Angels!
